We want you to be completely satisfied with your Caviarra purchase. Our policy details the terms for returns and refunds to ensure a clear and efficient process.

1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, with all original tags attached and packaging included. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@caviarra.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you, Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
